Feeling stuck or lost without being able to talk about or explain your current feelings and emotions? Through Art Therapy, we are able to give a voice to those overwhelming emotions and feelings without ever having to speak a word. By expressing and exploring elements of our struggles visually, we are better able to understand and gain control of our lives. Together, we will explore different art materials and identify which goals of treatment to focus on.
By providing a safe and expressive environment to explore issues and struggles, I am able to personalize therapeutic art directives, using a wide variety of expressive modalities (drawing, painting, sculpture, clay, sand tray, etc.), to address your individual needs.
Life can be overwhelming at times but having an expressive outlet can make our struggles more manageable. Using my experience through years of working with a wide variety of populations, we will work together to identify what form of therapy is best for you and how to best work towards your goals.
