If you can relate to any of the above and are looking for help through support, accountability, a different perspective, learning skills, I would love to help you do just that.  I have been working in the mental health field since 2008.  I I use a variety of techniques in my work to find the right tool that is going to work for you.  I have experience treating depression, anxiety, bipolar, ADHD, grief/loss, trauma and PTSD, chronic pain, and life transitions.  I am trained in a variety of techniques that can help improve your life in many different ways.  Some of these include:  Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Lifespan Integration, and Seeking Safety.  Importantly, I value providing a safe space to help you work through what is going on in your life and to get you to a better place in your life.
